Course aims:

Knowledge and description of the concepts, theories, methods, tools of financial management for explaining and evaluating financial phenomena and processes;
Using the conceptual, procedural and methodological apparatus of financial management to solve situations, well-defined theoretical-practical problems;Knowledge of methods, procedures, techniques, financial management decisions of the company;
Explaining the economic meaning and the methodology of calculating the economic-financial indicators and evaluating the cash flows;
Applying financial management principles, methods and models to implement efficient decisions, budgets, plans, financial strategies;
Recommendation of measures regarding the efficiency of the execution of the decisions, the implementation of the financial policies and strategies at the microeconomic level.
