Course aims:

To training the skills of analysis and production of essential documents necessary for internal and external evaluation of the organization from the perspective of quality management.
To know and promote the attributes of strategic thinking and other models of thinking compatible with strategic management
To develop the cognitive skills by practicing the application of strategies to increase the quality of education, specific to early education

Course Entry Requirements:

Basic knowledge in the field of management theory acquired during undergraduate studies, through professional experience and / or in non-formal or informal learning contexts.

2.Processes of educational quality in early education

The influence of qualitative evaluation on educational actors

Learning outcomes:

Elaboration of an internal regulation for an early education institution
Analysis of the quality certification in the training sector for professionals of educational institutions.
Preparation of documents for the visit of the quality assessment body.

Develop a portfolio of tools and applications in accordance with the specified requirements as outcomes. 100%
