Course aims:

• Capacity development of knowledge, understanding, explaining and interpreting the concepts of administrative law as well as the manifestation of administrative phenomenon, with all its implications.
• Understanding and knowing the basics of administrative law, the principles of public administration, the general theory of public administration of the organization and functioning of public administrative authorities, central and local.

The rights and duties of public officials 7 Problems of accountability in government personnel and civil servants professional training 8 President of Romania 9 Government 10 ministries and other administrative authorities 11 Local Public Administration

Lecture, conversation, exemplification.

Learning outcomes:

• Developing the capacity for knowledge, understanding, explanation and interpretation of the notions of administrative law as well as the manifestation of the administrative phenomenon, with all its implications. • Understanding and knowing the basics of administrative law, the principles of public administration, the general theory of public administration of the organization and functioning of public administrative authorities, central and local.

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

oral examination – 90%, test-5 %, continuous assessment – 5%.
