Understand the notion of labour market, its related concepts, and the adjusting methods for labour demand and supply, taking into account the role of institutions and social policies involved in this adjustment process
Acquiring / improving the ability to identify labor market dysfunctions and to propose solutions (action plans) aimed at increasing the match between labor supply and demand
Developing the capacity to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a plan of action (social policy) aimed at improving the situation on the labor market

A two-hour written examination (60% of the final grade); The evaluation of a paper (40% of the final grade).
